Steel Builders can supply a large range of fabricated lintels to suit your needs.
Our full range is not all online so if what you require is not shown in our online shop, please contact as with your requirements.
Available online is Parralell Flange Channel and Plate (PFC+FL) and 150x100x10mm angle with flat bar welded to the vertical (150mm leg) for strength.
All PFC+FL ordered online will have a 130mm stickout, for shop drawings showing the beam setout go to our downloads page and download the fabricated lintel shop drawings.
All welding will be stitch welding and on both sides of the flat bar be hit 100mm and miss 300mm.
To avoid bowing with the 150x100x10mm angle, the flat bar and angle are hot dip galnavised seperately and then welded together.
All welds are then cleaned and treatd with hot dip galvnaising spray.
PFC+FL is welded and then hot dip galvanised.

As this product is cut and made to order, lead-times vary depending on stock availability, finish and any applicable extras (such as holes or cuts).
Please allow additional time for your structural steel orders, particularly orders requiring a Galvanised Finish.
