Delivery & Pickup

Currently we deliver Australia-wide for most pick & pack items, such as hardware, grates & drains.

Custom and fabricated items can only be delivered to Sydney & surrounds.

Yes. We offer FREE pick-up from either our St Marys or Belmore warehouse as an option at checkout, depending on where items are stocked.

Some items may be bulky and will need special transport, however, we will call you to discuss.

We have a few different methods of getting your order to you listed below:

Free Pickup:

We offer a free collection service from either our St Marys or Belmore warehouse, depending on where items are stocked. If your order contains products stocked at both warehouses, we cannot offer free pickup.


We operate a fleet of trucks and may also use a third-party service that deliver across Sydney Metro and surrounds.

Courier (Australia Wide):

For smaller orders and for delivery across Australia, we use third-party couriers. Please see the courier tab for eligible items.

Depot Collection (Australia-wide):

For larger and heavier items, we offer a pickup from a depot located across Australia. Please see the Depot Collection Tab for more information.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is determined by weight, distance, and method of delivery.

Depending on which method you have selected at checkout, your items will either be delivered by courier (smaller and pick & pack Items) or by truck (for larger, heavier and structural items). We also offer a FREE in-store pickup option for all orders from our St Marys or Belmore warehouse, depending on where items are stocked.

We usually dispatch in-stock pick and pack items* within 24 working hours of goods being paid (Unless its a special or custom item).

Delivery times to your area varies, but usually Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne delivery is 1 day. Adelaide is 2 days. Perth, Hobart and Darwin are 2 - 5 days.

If you have chosen FREE pickup at one of our Warehouses in either St Marys or Belmore, these are usually available the next day (except for custom or fabricated items)

For all structural, fabricated and custom items, we work towards our Standard Lead Times. Our Team will be in touch with you once your order is complete to confirm a delivery date.

Not always. If no one is home driver will attempt to leave your order in the safest possible spot. Some courier companies do need someone to be home.

We will be in touch with you once your order is complete to confirm the delivery date and whether you need to be on-site or not.

We will send a tracking number to your email address once your order has left our warehouse, Please make sure you enter your correct email address at the time of placing your order. You can log in online and track your parcel at all times.

You will also recieve an email from either or both the freight forwarding company and the courier company with a tracking number and contact phone number.

We suggest any problems or non delivery you first contact them. If you are unsuccessful, please contact our office.

We use a third party service to deliver bulky and heavier items to their Depots across Australia.

What Items need to be sent to a Depot?

Bulky items such as Grates & Drains where the length is 2 meters or longer, will need to be sent to your nearest Depot location as these require a forklift to move these items.

Alternatively, you can collect these items from either our Belmore or St Marys warehouse (depending on where the item is stocked) or for any Sydney Metro addresses we offer a truck delivery service.

We use third-party couriers to deliver eligible items.

Eligible items include:

- Grates & Drains products less than 2 meters

- Most Builder's hardware items (except for items in the Fasteners category)

- Orders with a total weight of less than the maximum allowed via Courier. Contact us prior to ordering to confirm the maximum allowance.

What items are not eligible?

- Structural Steel products

- Lintels

- Landscape and gardening supplies

- Any other items stocked only at our St Marys warehouse

No. Due to the nature of our items and our business, it is not economical to ship outside of Australia.
