Get your order where you need it, when you need it. Choose from depot collection, free pickup, courier or truck delivery at checkout, based on your product and location.

How it works

Structural steel delivers across Sydney metro and surrounds. Most grates and drains ship nationwide. Hardware and landscape supplies follow the same Sydney metro and NSW rules as structural product. Availability and lead time depend on the product and your location.

Free pickup

Collect same day from our Glendenning facility, 59 Glendenning Rd, Glendenning NSW 2761.

Depot collection

Available nationwide through our BigPost partner network. Select your depot at checkout (on selected items).

Courier

For smaller orders shipping across Australia (on selected items).

Truck

Our own fleet, backed by third-party carriers where needed, covering Sydney metro and surrounding areas.

Collecting your order safely

Bringing your own vehicle? Check it's suitable before you arrive. Vehicle suitability depends on product length, weight, support points and load restraint, not just what fits on the roof rack.

Weight guides

  • Sedans, wagons and vans: 50kg max
  • Utes and vans with trade racks: 100kg max
  • Vehicle and rack manufacturer limits always apply. The lowest rated component sets your allowable load.

Load restraint

  • Use restraints rated for the load
  • Restrain forwards, rearwards and sideways
  • Anchor to strong points on the vehicle or rack
  • Check restraints are in good condition, no cuts, frays or damaged fittings

Overhang and projection

  • Rear projections beyond 1200mm need a bright warning flag
  • Loads must not obstruct the driver's vision, even within legal dimensional limits

When we may refuse a load

We'll hold back a collection if it can't be transported safely, including an unsuitable vehicle, an overloaded or unsuitable rack, or a load that can't be properly supported or restrained. Meeting size limits doesn't automatically make a load safe. If you're unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, contact our team before you collect. Your judgement is critical. If in doubt, call it out.

Service area

  • Sydney metro: full delivery service on all items.
  • NSW and Greater Sydney: full delivery, depot collection available on all items (on selected items).
  • Rest of Australia: courier delivery on eligible small items. Custom, fabricated and structural steel ships to NSW and the ACT only.

We don't ship internationally.

Order process

  1. Choose your delivery method at checkout.
  2. Get an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  3. Get a shipment notification with tracking details.
  4. Receive status updates as your order moves.
  5. Inspect your delivery on arrival. Contact our team straight away if anything's not right.
