Smart Flat Bars™ are used to support brickwork spanning over openings. They are Hot-Dip Galvanised and R4 epoxy coated complying with AS 2699.3, durability class ‘R4’. They are available in various lengths, widths, and thicknesses.

The Smart Flat Bar™ comes in 3 profiles:

85mm x 7mm (5 lengths)
75mm x 10mm (10 lengths)*by
100mm x 10mm (8 lengths)*

High Durability: Achieves durability class 'R4', suitable for marine exposure (C4 and C5 corrosivity categories).
Superior Coating: R4 duplex coating is equivalent to 316 Stainless Steel.
Hot-Dip Galvanised: Complies with AS/NZS 4680 standards.
Extra Protection: Overcoated with two protective paint layers, meeting AS 2699.3 durability class 'R4'.
Clear Identification: Stenciled for visibility after installation and metal stamped before galvanising.
Labelled & Barcoded: For easy tracking and identification.
Standards Compliance: Meets AS 2699.3:2020, AS 4773.2:2015, and AS 3700:2018 requirements.
